Anger & Counselling
Anger is a completely natural emotion, however, sometimes it can overwhelm us and cause us to express it in a way which is not helpful. It can sometimes cause us to behave aggressively and inappropriately, affecting our relationships with others.
Counselling can help with feelings of anger and can help you to understand the causes, any triggers, as well as other feelings which may be masked by anger. Counselling can also help you to express how you are feeling in ways which might be more appropriate and/or more expressive.
